Essential duties and requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Must have knowledge of shingle roofing systems


• Must be able to properly measure rooftops


• Must be willing to perform duties outdoors – even in inclement weather
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.


• Professional appearance.

• Able to climb onto residential and commercial roofs


• Understanding lead generation and sales processes

• Ability to generate leads from canvassing, cold calls and previous referrals


• Willing to travel locally on a daily basis

• Valid Driver's License - Dependable vehicle
