Essential duties and requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Answer telephones and direct calls
• Light data entry possible
• Communicate with branch staff
•  Schedule appointments
• Manage assigned social media duties
• Other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• General office experience (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must be highly organized and self-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must be quality-oriented to provide the highest level of service to clients.
